We want you to be fully satisfied with your CRAFTD jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
